Body Cap - This cap fits all cameras that use the Contax rangefinder mount, including the Soviet Kiev cameras, as well as the Nikon S mount cameras

Lens Caps - There are two main types of lens cap for Contax, Kiev & Nikon S lenses; Inner Bayonet, and Outer Bayonet. Choosing the correct lens cap depends on the lens.

Inner Bayonet caps are for lenses that use the focussing mechanism that is built into the camera


Inner Bayonet caps are compatible with the following (the list is not exhaustive);

Outer bayonet caps have a focussing mechanism built into the lens, and are available in three depths; Shallow, Medium & Deep. The Shallow cap is for lenses that do not have rear elements that protrude into the camera. Medium caps allow for some protrusion, and the Deep caps are for the lenses that fully protrude into the camera
